We were trolling with Capt. Charles Foster Jr of Blue Chip Charters around a floster in 4000 feet of water when the fish hit. The fish wraped around one of the cables holding the rig in place and it didn't look like we would land the fish. Sure glad we had the 100lb test Power Pro on the reel and that there was plenty of grease on the cables. Capt. Charles had quite a mess cleaning the grease off the line and out of the eyes of the rod. |
