At 6 am we departed Stoney Creek Marina and headed 10 miles straight at the Oswego Stack. Set the riggers down to the bottom at 140ft. Many releases on the riggers but no fish until one rod popped and it felt like a cement block on the line. Becky said we hooked up on to some bottom stucture so I gave it a shot and said thats a fish. She fought it for 20 mins before we could see her belly. Now we get to see it everyday hangin on the wall over the fireplace. |
